Run around the Royal Domain of Laeken
Do you want more space to exercise in Brussels? Do you also agree that the immense Royal Domain of Laeken should be partially accessible to all Brusselers? Then join our Royal Run on 23 September and contribute to opening up this domain to the public, together with Hannelore Goeman, MP of Vooruit. Taking part or cheering on the participants is completely free. As a bonus, the first 30 registrants will receive a free pair of sports socks! So don't wait and register now.
Imagine how it would be to jog peacefully in the beautiful Royal Domain of Laeken. Wouldn't our King welcome that too? This domain covers no less than 186 hectares, which is larger than the municipalities of Koekelberg and Saint-Josse-ten-Noode combined. We organised our first run six years ago, but we still can't get in. So let's just keep jogging around it! This year, we are also introducing a Kids Run around the departure and arrival point, Square du 21 juillet.
Join us for a run on Saturday, September 23, from 10:00 am. We will kick off with a Royal Kids Run at 10:30 am, followed by the Royal Run at exactly 11:00 am. We kindly ask you to be there no later than 10:45 am for the Royal Run and 10:15 am for the Royal Kids Run. The meeting place is Square du 21 juillet (Laeken).
Participation is free but don't forget to register using the form below. The first 30 registrants for the Royal Run will receive a free pair of sports socks!*
*Sports socks and running t-shirt are for adults only. The number of t-shirts and registrations is limited to 250.
